The essence of life vests in understanding human. A different perspective, a different approach is all one needs to analyse a situation which can lead to an all-new atmosphere of understanding and removal of negative thoughts. Barring personal ego, one can attain this.
Human behavior development depends on the organisation in which one lives in. The more dynamic surrounding is, the more innovative individual is. So one should view the individual in that way only & try to understand his action, thought process and frame opinions there wise.
Too much of misunderstanding develops grudge in the individuals which develops like cancer. As cancer is not identified in earlier stages, it is not easy to identify grudge too. It hollows the individual internally. The ultimate result comes in the form of depression, anxiety, irritation and loneliness. One way to sort out this problem is by understanding the concept of responding to situation and other of reacting to the situation.
Human behavior flows from 3 main sources: desire, emotion and knowledge - Plato
Responding is a positive process whereas reacting is a negative process. Reaction causes destruction, hatred, solidarity and a negative environment develops around the individual. Response to a situation results in productive outcome. Its effect are positive and the situation is handled in a much better way. If you could observe the surrounding, you will see the things more clearly and understand this thing in a much better way. A lot can be learnt about humans just by opening your eyes and observing people around you.
So, next time you see individual doing things which seems stupid to you or you get angry, then try to understand the things through their perspective. It will pacify you. The day you start doing this, a happier and meaningful life will be on its way. Try it once! And remember
Do not react but respond
